Glauka

Is our interpretation of a very Mediterranean colour. Is the lavender leaves colour or field of olive trees. Or the agave spikes. Is the colour of resistance, in between green, grey and blue. Built to stand against the heat and the hard conditions of the Mediterranean area: intense summers, long periods of drought and extreme bright light.

We design gardens and outdoor objects and then we build them with local contractors and artisans. Landscapers, carpenters, blacksmiths and potters, solving situations we have encountered during the last 15 years of garden design around Barcelona and Tuscany. The gardens we design are a reflection of the Mediterranean lifestyle: a family that sits around a table with a glass of wine, the smell of conifers and aromatic herbs, the sound of running water under the fig tree shade and the orange trees in terracotta pots.
